I made a mistake entering my address, how can I fix this?

Contact us at sales@realcollection.com.au as soon as you become aware of this so we can help rectify this problem and change your address on our end prior to it being sent out for delivery. Please provide the name on the order and your order confirmation number.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. However, once you receive your order and you still wish to return you may do so following it meets our return policy.

How do I care for my products?

We strongly advise you follow the care label instructions on the inside of your products. If you choose to not follow the care label instructions, please note that any fault will not be accepted if you wish to return.
