Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Australia Post is our delivery partner and all items will be shipped via Australia Post unless you are eligible for local delivery.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days from the time of purchase. However, please keep in mind that delays within services can occur and we are working to get your order to you at our earliest convenience.
International orders will be posted through Australia Post which proceeds into EMS INTERNATIONAL. Please allow 1-3 days from the time of purchase for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Please allow 7-14 days from the date of being dispatched for your order to arrive.
Covid 19, Public holidays and Weekends can cause delays with orders to please bear with us during these times and if you have any concerns of your orders whereabouts, please contact us directly at sales@realcollection.com.au
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.
Meaning:
- Unworn or unused
- Tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
- Proof of order confirmation
To start a return, you can contact sales@realcollection.com.au if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do conduct major quality checks of our bulk orders prior to receiving them as well as personally quality checking every single piece that we send out prior to packing your order. However, sometimes from human error some pieces could be missed somewhere along the way so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine whether the damages and/or issues constitutes for a refund or return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us at sales@realcollection.com.au so we can help you with this process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (this excludes shipping and bank transaction fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@realcollection.com.au.
Warranty
If you believe your item becomes defective or faulty within a 3 month period from the date of receiving it, it may come under warranty and be replaced. However, this can only be determined through inspection from our team and manufacturer. If you believe your item meets the warranty criteria and wish to have your item inspected please contact us at sales@realcollection.com.au
Any item that becomes damaged after 3 months of receiving it will not come under warranty. As our activewear is designed for high and heavy performance training and comes under immense strain, it is possible for items to decline.
